M. A. Smitty & Co., Auction & Realty, 3173 S. Church St., Murfreesboro, TN 37127, operates within all federal and state laws, and only ships firearms to properly licensed FFL Dealers. The receiving FFL Dealer is required to provide us with a valid, signed and dated copy of their Federal Firearms License prior to shipment. M. A.
