TERMS & CONDITIONS
Buyer's Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to know & follow their local, state, and federal laws related to the purchase, possession, and transfer of firearms or black powder weapons. All Federal and State firearms laws will be complied with by M. A. Smitty & Co. & Bullseye Gun & Range.
Auction Dates: Open Bidding May 18 - June 8
Preview Dates: June 6 & 7 from 9:00 - 4:00 @ Bullseye Gun & Range, 130 Shelby St., Murfreesboro, TN 37127
Bidding: Staggered Closing: At the end of the auction, lots will close every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of a lot's closing, the bidding time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes.
Buyer’s Premium: 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the total purchase price.
Credit Card Fee: 3% of the total purchase price.
Class 3 Guns and Suppressors: $200 federal tax stamp is required for each item. Please contact Bullseye Gun & Range for details. 615-900-1098
Payment Terms / Methods: Credit Cards: Your registered credit card will be charged after the auction ends. Cash payments only for local Buyers.
Sales Tax: This auction is exempt from sales tax.
Background Check Fee: There is a $45 fee for the first firearm or black powder weapon and $25 for each additional firearm or black powder weapon transferred in the same transaction. In addition, there is a required $10 TN state background check fee per transaction, (not per item). Background checks will be conducted on all firearm purchases. Firearms or black powder weapons must be paid for in full before the background check.
Pickup: Once paid in full, firearms & black powder weapons may be picked up June 10-12 from 9:00 - 4:00 at Bullseye Gun & Range, 130 Shelby St., Murfreesboro, TN 37127. BRING YOUR PAID INVOICE WITH YOU. Firearms or black powder weapons not picked up or shipment paid for within 30 days of the auction date shall be forfeited to Bullseye Gun & Range by the Buyer. Firearms must be picked up by the registered purchaser (no third-party pickups). Know your state and local regulations before bidding!
Shipping: Bullseye Gun & Range only ships firearms to Federal Firearms Licensees. Shipping to FFLs in the lower 48 states will be $59 for the first firearm and $29 for each additional firearm in the same package, (long guns & handguns must ship separately). Black powder weapons can be added to either type of shipment. No international shipping.
Legal Information:
You must be 18 years old or older to register for this auction.
In TN you must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun from an FFL. There is a 10 business day waiting period in TN for anyone 18, 19 or 20 years old.
All property is sold AS-IS with all faults and blemishes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Failure to pass the background check will result in Bullseye Gun & Range consigning the gun for the customer under their consignment terms. If the customer fails the background check for certain reasons, the gun will be surrendered to Bullseye Gun & Range at no cost to them.
Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your area.
The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
By bidding on any firearm or black powder weapon, the bidder accepts the terms of the auction.
